Annual Maintenance Subscription

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE SUBSCRIPTION (AMS) is the continuing commitment of MBPhil in providing quality service to its MicroBanker users. It is an annual service agreement wherein enrolled users are entitled to:

  1. Remote user support via phone.
  2. Systems updates and/or patches.
  3. Onsite assistance for problems that can't be resolved over the phone.
  4. Quarterly visits to check on the systems' effective performance.
 
 

 

Computer Literacy Advancement Seminar Series

It is a service offering of intensive training to clients with extensive IT experiences and proven methodologies. It provides a framework for addressing client's know-how on the entire lifecycle of a particular MB product systems application.

The target specific activities are across the technical side of the key application domains that helps fulfill client level of technical knowledge that delivers measurable results.

 
 

 

Computer Networking Support

MBPhil provides local area network (LAN) installation and configuration services using Microsoft Windows operating system. Installation of servers, workstations, printers and other network components are handled by our well-trained professionals.
